At our Beef, Beer, and Bay Bash on March 19th at the Lodge in Catonsville, we presented two 2005 "Formula 4 Success" Scholarship Award winners with their checks, each for $1500. The winners for 2005 were:
- James McQuilkin - James is a graduating senior from Atholton High School. He was their star quarterback, played football, basketball, and baseball. He served as team captain on the football and basketball teams. James was a member of the National Honor Society, and Youth Leader in his church. He is carrying a 4.0 GPA and is ranked 1st in his class. He's currently undecided as to which college he will attend. He hopes to major in Journalism.
- Benjamin Hostetler - Ben is a graduating senior from River Hill High School. He was their star quarterback, played football, basketball, lacrosse and was team captain of all 3 sports. Ben was a member of the National Honor Society and a volunteer with both his church and Young Life. Ben carries a 4.0 GPA. Ben will be attending Georgetown University and will be playing football for the Hoyas.
