Agenda
Ravens Roost #4 descended on Ocean City from May 31st through
June 3rd for the 2007 Council of Baltimore Ravens Roosts Convention. The
weather was great this year! Sun was soaked-up and suds were slurped by
all at the beach.
Thanks to the following people for their time and effort in
preparation for and during the convention:

Roost #4 Float - A huge thanks goes out to Joe "The
Float Guy" Marciano for once again coordinating the float and pulling the
whole thing together. Thanks to Kathy Marciano for giving Joe a long
leash! Thanks to the following volunteers that helped with the
conception and construction of the float: Frosty & Ann Volmer, Steve
Shinham, Missy Kolman, Bob Caldwell, Mandy Young, Mitch Hooper, and anyone I
missed!

Karaoke - Thanks again to Katie Pearl for belting-out
some Shania Twain on Friday night - though once again the DJ didn't have her
requested song! Thought we had another winner this year, but competition
was tight.

Horseshoes - Thanks to the two Roost #4 teams: Leslie
Pacen/Lee Todd and Frosty Volmer/Dave Miller for representing Roost #4 in
horseshoes this year! Leslie & Lee won their 1st match, lost in the
second. Frosty & Dave ... well, thanks for participating.

Pass & Kick - Thanks to Liam Pearl, Leslie Pacen, and
Andrew Turner (Leslie's son) for participating in the Pass & Kick competition
.. and congratulations to both Leslie & Andrew for placing second in their
respective divisions!

Co-ed Volleyball - Congrats to the Roost #4 Co-ed
Volleyball Team for winning their 1st two matches before running out of gas in
the 3rd. The team included Phil & JoAnn Huber, Liam & Katie Pearl, Betty
Golibart, Diane Maddox, & Mitch Hooper. Thanks to Liam for pulling the
team together!

Dunk Tank - Roost #4 volunteered to coordinate the Dunk
Tank for the Council on Friday & Saturday. A few mechanical problems
limited the time the booth was open, but it proved to be a huge success!
Thanks to Frosty for coordinating the tank and working all of the shifts!!!
Thanks to Steve Shinham and Lee Todd for holding the locking mechanism
together! Thanks to Anna, Missy, Leslie, Mitch, and everyone else who pitched-in for
awhile chasing balls and helping Frosty! Thanks also to everyone who
volunteered to get dunked, including former Baltimore Colt Bruce Laird,
current Raven Chris Pino, Council Prez Ed Young, Bunky, Jaybird Golibart,
Andrew Turner, etc...

Roost #4 Hospitality Suite - I know I'll miss some
people here, but thanks to the following people for coordinating the party
room, keeping it stocked and iced, and cleaning-up when needed: Bob
Caldwell, Joe Marciano, Mandy Young, Kurt Henningsen, Frosty & Anna Volmer,
Mike Minehart, Bobby Sybert, Dennis & Kim Colhouer, Barry & Diane Maddox, Gary
& Pat Eikenberg, Ed Powers, Mitch Hooper, Dave Miller, and certainly more!
