On Saturday, March 28th, 2009, Roost #4 held their 50th Anniversary Beef, Beer, and Bay Bash at The Lodge in Catonsville. Entertainment was provided by DJ Dean Volmer. The event was catered by Monaghan's of Woodlawn. Beth Adams once again did a great job of coordinating the event. Special thanks also go out to Beth Adams, Leslie Pacen, and Vicky Barnett for soliciting local businesses for a boatload of prizes, Mitch Hooper handling the photography, Mandy Young for handling the bank, Frosty Volmer for presenting the Scholarship Awards, and Carl Schick for putting-up with Beth's busy schedule! Thanks also to everyone who helped set-up, volunteered to work shifts on the wheels, and donated stuff to give-away! And finally, thanks to Captain Dee-Fense, our friends from Roost #7 in Hagerstown, and from Roost #88 in Paradise for coming-out to share in our celebration of 50 great years! A good time was had by all!
