The deadline to register for the convention is this coming Monday at the meeting! Registration is $50 per adult, $20 for kids 6 - 20, and free for kids under 6. Registration gets you access to all of the catered food & drink, access to any ticketed events, permission to participate in the Roost competitions, and any goodies distributed to registered attendees.

Please make checks payable to "Ravens Roost #4" and turn-in with your completed registration form at the meeting on Monday. Here's a link to a printable registration form.

We need volunteers to coordinate the Roost #4 teams entered in the Roost competitions for volleyball, horseshoes, karaoke, kids pass & kick (no punt), scavenger hunt, and more. Contact Mitch or Frosty to volunteer to coordinate a Roost #4 team.

We've decided on our Roost #4 shirts that we'll be wearing in the convention parade! We've selected another variation of a tie-dye shirt with our logo printed on the front (the tie-dyes were a big hit last time we did them!) Estimated cost will be in the $16 - $18 range. I'll have a picture at the meeting on Monday and will try to post a picture on the web site. We'll need to place our order by Friday, April 27th to guarantee we'll have them for the convention. Money will be due when the shirts are delivered at the May meeting. Contact Mitch if you'd like to order a shirt and won't be at the meeting. Be sure to specify your size (unfortunately, sizes above 2X will cost a few dollars more).

Note the color outside of the "V" will be purple, we will have no 2nd color inside the "V", so the gray shirt will show through.  Our Roost #4 logo will be printed on the front inside the "V".

The NFL schedule was announced yesterday and we're already beginning to plan TWO Roost #4 Road trips for the 2007 season. That's right! We're planning two road trips this year since the results of our Roost #4 Questionnaire indicated a lot of people wanted more trips.

You can sign-up for one or both trips either at the meeting on Monday or by e-mailing Frosty! We'll try to have estimated costs available at the meeting. If someone would be willing to take the time to coordinate an additional trip (or 2) - potentially a West Coast trip - make yourself known at the meeting on Monday! Get some friends together, plan a road trip, and have a ball bringing home a Ravens road win!!!

We'll report on the amount raised at this year's Beef, Beer, & Bay Bash!

Since 75% of the respondents to our questionnaire stated they wanted to move our Roost #4 meetings and headquarters to a different establishment for a variety of reasons, we've had our "Blue Ribbon Panel" exploring options. They'll report on the results of their "bar tour" at the meeting on Monday.
