On February 23rd, over 800 "dunkers" participated in the 10th Annual Deep Creek Dunk sponsored by the Maryland State Police to benefit Special Olympics Maryland.
Ravens Roost #4 was represented by dunkers Mitch Hooper and Frosty Volmer. Roost #43 was proudly represented by Rob Ewin and his daughters Emily & Sarah. Towel girls Annabananna, the Mosquito, and Laurie Ewin were on-hand to help-out! Roost #43 supporters Tom & Tina and Roost #4 member Steve Shinham along with Burrhead and Denise cheered everyone on!
The Council of Ravens Roosts Ultimate Dunk Extraordinares (CRRUDE) raised over $3600 for SOMD. The 800+ dunkers raised over $137,000 total! Woo hoo!!!
