Personal Thoughts:
Ravens: A press release indicated that the Ravens are attempting to train real Ravens to fly around the stadium and return on cue. They are being trained in Georgia, an are not native to Baltimore. They are an African variety because it is illegal to keep or train migratory birds native to this country. Hearing the story, my wife alertly commented that they can fly around the stadium and poop on people. The true test of their training will be whether or not they poop on Raven's fans, or visiting fans. On a side note, PETA filed an objection.

On another note, CB Derrick Martin was arrested on possession of suspected marijuana at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Dude, stay out of Cleveland.

Orioles: Okay, training camp is almost here, so it is time that the Orioles start falling apart. The first sign was back to back blown saves by our closer, Sherrill. On Tuesday night, he allowed 2 inherited runners to score, but held on for the save. They keys to our success so far this season has been our record in close games and coming from behind. If the bullpen can't save it, there ain't no saving us. Once again, I sure hope I am wrong about the wheels falling off the bandwagon. After I decade, I sure would like to see a winning season to show some signs of progress.

Crystal Palace Baltimore F.C.: Crystal Palace (7-3-1, 22 points) defeated Real Maryland (3-8-0, 9 points) in league play before advancing to the elite 8 of the US Cup challenge by defeating the MLS New York Red Bulls by a score of 2-0. Next up is another US Cup challenge match on Tuesday, but this time it is on the road, to visit the MLS New England Revolution, (9-4-3, 30 Points), currently sitting atop the Eastern Division, and sporting the best record in the MLS.

Alouettes: The Stallions (1-0) opened the season with a surprising crushing 33-10 win over the Hamilton Ti-Cats (0-1). The Als have not been given much of a shot this year due to an aging QB, lots of DL activity and a rookie head coach. Anthony Calvillo showed that age doesn't bother him, and the anticipated number 3 RB, Avon Cobourne, posted 162 total yards to pace the Als over the Ti-Cats. Jarrett Payton did not play.

Blast: No news on the new league.

What do you want to see in the Ravens report? What should be scrapped? Actually, nevermind. No one is reading this anyway, so I will just butcher things up however I please, and you won't know the difference. Send an email to iggy at tealdragon.net. Thanks!
