Ravens Roost #4 Membership Requirements
- You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- You cannot be a current member of another Ravens Roost chapter.
- A completed application must be submitted to the Vice-President of Membership.
- A one-time $10 initiation fee must be paid when the application is submitted.
- You must attend a meeting to be inducted into Roost #4.
- Annual dues must be paid when you are inducted.
- Annual dues are currently $30.
- Membership renewal is at our September meeting.
- Annual dues are prorated depending on how much of the year remains when you join.
- All members are responsible for selling at least five (5) raffle tickets for our annual Ravens Season Ticket Raffle to benefit our Ravens Roost #4 Scholarship Fund.

- Print-out, complete, and sign the application.
- Mail the completed application and a check for the $10 initiation fee (payable to Ravens Roost #4) to:
