Council Meeting –
held couple weeks ago and Mitch attended his first Council Meeting

A lot of recap about
the Polar Bear Plunge due to the Ravens’ Roosts being one of the major sponsors
of the Polar Bear Plunge
Ø
Wanted to thank
everyone who did and contributed to the Polar Bear Plunge
Ø
Passed out
convention information and Bob Caldwell will give an update later during this
meeting

Mike Flynn and
Seth attended the Council Meeting promoting the 5-35 event. We do have free tickets to give away at our
next months meeting during our 50/50 raffle.
Spend $450 you are guaranteed all Colts autographs who are at the
event. Same thing for Raven’s
autographs, spend $450 gaudnteed a signature of every Raven who is at the
event. Website will be updated with
information. All proceeds go to the
retired NFL players in need.

looking to do the highway clean up in April 2008

Our 11th
Annual Beef, Beer and Bay Bash is two weeks from yesterday

Beth’s report on
the Bull Roast. Tickets need to be
sold. Invite everyone you know. Sell the tickets to make this roast a
success. We are a little over half
way. Need head count next week. The
deadline for the head count, Monaghan’s wants the count one week before the
event. May have Ravens and former Colts
players in attendance.

The Money Wheel
will start at 1:00pm. There will be a
Booze Basket. Also a Flower Arrangement
for each table. Need people to work the
wheels.
