·                    If you coming to the Hospitality suite – please bring a snack and some beer, that would be very helpful.

·                    Check is time is 3:00.  We will close room when bar closes unless there is no one to monitor room.

Joe Marciano – Float committee

·                    This year’s theme is Ravens Magic – last year we had a great time with the street dragon.  We will recycle part of dragon, head will be on car with magic hat on top, trying to come up with consistent looking uniform.  He tried disposable uniforms (overalls), didn’t work.  We met last week and decided on scrub tops, if anything else we need consistency in marching.  How do we figure how many scrubs we need?  Mitch and Joe will discuss on emails.

Only thing with DoubleTree is one mile away from stadium, walk or take cab.  Game tickets on sale by June 1st.  There should be no problem.  Upper deck endzone ($50/ticket), Upperdeck corner ($75/ticket) two choices for group sales.  Saints only offering these – we’ll end-up with one or the other as a group.  No tailgate planned.  However, after game party is being thought about or maybe breakfast Saturday morning.  Still in the planning stages.
