The website is updated basically every week.   Please give it a look.

BOARD REPORT – Edward Powers – None.

TONI REESE – Need tickets by June meeting.  Ken erred in saying he would chair the Bull Roast Committee.  He will help along with Bridgette and Kim C.

BULL ROAST – Still need a chairperson for this committee.

Frosty – Golf Outing – flyers available, they are on the website, July 9th Hollow Creek, Middletown, Maryland, 8:30 shot gun start, include continental breakfast, range balls to practice, beer and sodas on the course, food afterwards (some kind of pork stuff).  Semi-private course, $100/golf, hole sponsors (still needed $50.00), we don’t make a lot of money on golfers.  Deadline would be our June meeting.  Raffle this year.  Kyle Boller autographed picture and signed mini-helmet.  $1/ticket or 6 for $5.00.  Toby will have beer carts on 9th and 18th holes.  Anna and Cindy Hooper will have snacks available also.  Help is great this year.

DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS – Need a new Chairperson.

SOCIAL DIRECTOR – Chris Cisna – Would like to thank everybody who helped out at the hospitality suite. We had a good time.  Pizza party went well.  Big six wheel made $30.00 (ha!ha!).  Has a question about the convention – do they take questions, yes they do.  It’s all volunteer down there and everyone is doing a good job.  Events just need to be scheduled a little better.  There is a lot of miscommunication.

July 16 Picnic – Karen Suter got site – Chris will make sure hamburgers, hot dogs, beer and soda are there.  Any special items you would like, please supply them yourself.  Access to part is 8:00am.  Would like help setting up.  Everyone else should arrive at 11:00.  We have the park until dusk.  If we don’t leave, you will be locked in the park.  They are very strict.  We need to know the number of kids if any.  Need kid games, etc.

Jacksonville Trip deposits – Tailgate party not confirmed yet.  Hasn’t spoke or discussed with Mandy for at least 2 weeks.  Buses still under discussion.  Boat taxi still under discussion.  Preston – opened new bar, he wants to do our tailgate party and bus us.  We don’t have it firmed up yet.  3200 square foot bar.  Next month we will have more information.  Deposit amount is due at July meeting is $200/person.  Toni and Mandy are accepting checks.  34 paid, we have 41 committed.  19 slots opened.  Booked airfare for 50 people, these are how many who said they would fly.  Airfare is not taken care of yet.  Still shopping.  Airlines have not opened fares up yet.  No hospitality room this year.  Roost 52 and 44 and us have the entire Hilton booked.  We are now accepting non-Roost members on this trip.
