The Board met and discussed elections. The following is the schedule for this process:
September – solicit members for slate
October – list the slate
November – complete the list
December – close and have elections
January – new officers take their posts
Ken has been elected to encourage people to volunteer for these positions. Mitch, please let me know if the months are wrong

Treasurer’s Report – Mandy Young
$9,332.56 – Operations Account – of which $2,738.70 is for Road Trip.
$4,605.42 – Scholarship
842 (approximately) tickets have been sold for the scholarship fundraiser. Enough money was raised to hold the Scholarship for next year. Thanks to All.
Report from the Director of Ways and Means (CURRENTLY OPEN) – Mandy Young
Frosty – Excursions
· 15 to 20 of us went to Laurel Park, had a good time.

· Tickets will be purchased mid-October for game. Will be passed out during trip.
Bull Roast – Pat Eikenberg
· Nothing firm yet. Will have more information next meeting.
· Beth Adams and Mary Mersendorf will help with raffle stuff. Thanks!!!
Christmas Party – Pat Eikenberg

· Still need to discuss cost of per person charge.
Good and Welfare – Karen Suter
· Tom McCabe’s mother isn’t feeling well.
· Ken Bauer’s father passed away. Thanks to all who showed their support by attending the viewings or funeral. Karen made a donation of $100 to American Cancer Society and took a ham over to the house. Thanks! Karen!!!.
New Business:
Discussion was held regarding new logo (enlarged current logo) to be stitched larger on back of jackets. It was agreed to wait to see what the cost and set a cap of $600 for the set up. Mitch will talk with “logo” person and call with results.
